This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from you, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your data when you use kickthehabitchallenge.com, our enrollment platform at app.freedomlifehub.co, and the Kick The Habit Challenge program (collectively, the “Service”).

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect:

- When you enroll in or access the Kick The Habit Challenge program via app.freedomlifehub.co

It does not apply to third-party websites we link to, or services we use that have their own separate privacy policies (such as payment processors or our learning platform — see “Who We Share Information With” below).
Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
- Your name, email address, phone number, and (when relevant) city or country
- Account credentials (username and password) for the Freedom Life Hub learning platform
- Payment information — processed by our payment partners. We do not store full card or bank details on our servers.
- Information you share during 1-on-1 onboarding calls, in the private community, or in live Q&A sessions
- Survey responses, feedback, testimonials, and any other content you voluntarily provide
Information collected automatically
- Device and technical data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, time zone
- Usage data: pages visited, time spent, links clicked, lessons completed, course progress, audio sessions played
- Cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies Notice below)
Information from third parties
- Sign-in data if you choose to register or log in using Google or another social identity provider
- Marketing attribution data from advertising platforms when you click an ad that leads you to our Service
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Deliver the program — give you access to course materials, audio sessions, the private community, weekly live Q&A calls, and your 1-on-1 onboarding
- Communicate with you about your enrollment, account, support requests, and program updates
- Send you marketing communications — only with your explicit consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email
- Process payments and prevent fraud
- Improve our content, website, and program based on how learners engage with it
- Comply with legal obligations under Indian law, including tax, accounting, and consumer protection requirements
Who We Share Information With
We never sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited circumstances:
Service providers we rely on to run KTHC
- Tagmango / Freedom Life Hub — our learning platform, where the course is hosted and the community lives
- Payment processors — to collect enrollment fees securely. They handle card and UPI data directly under their own privacy and PCI-DSS commitments.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers for our website and email
- Email, SMS, and WhatsApp service providers for transactional and opt-in communications
- Analytics tools (in aggregated, non-identifying form) to understand how the site is used
Each of these providers is contractually required to use your data only for the purposes we instruct them to and to apply appropriate security safeguards.
Legal authorities
When required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights, the safety of our users, or to investigate suspected fraud or abuse.
Business transfers
If TGC is acquired by, merged with, or transfers part of its business to another company, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify enrolled users by email before this happens.
Your Rights
Under Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Request deletion (“right to be forgotten”), subject to our legitimate legal and accounting retention obligations

- Lodge a complaint with India’s Data Protection Board if you believe we have mishandled your data

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:

That said, no system on the internet is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials private and your devices secure. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain your personal information for as long as needed to:
- Provide you the program — including lifetime access to course materials where your enrollment includes that
- Comply with our tax, accounting, and other legal obligations (typically up to 8 years for financial records under Indian law)
- Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements
When we no longer need your data, we delete or anonymize it.

We use cookies and similar technologies to:
- Keep you signed in to your account

- Understand how visitors use our site through aggregated analytics

Children’s Privacy

Some of our service providers (analytics, email, hosting) may process data outside India. When this happens, we ensure they apply data protection standards at least as strong as those required under Indian law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date below and, for material changes, notify enrolled users by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
