Refund Policy

We want every learner who joins the Kick The Habit Challenge to walk away with their freedom. If for any reason the program isn’t the right fit, our 30-day money-back guarantee gives you a safe way to step back.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may request a full refund of your enrollment fee within 30 days of your purchase date. We offer this because we’re confident in the program — and because we believe you should only pay for what genuinely helps you.

To qualify for a refund, we ask that you:

• Have actually engaged with the program — that means watching the Week 1 materials, attending at least one live session if one was scheduled within your refund window, and trying the core ACTE method at least once
• Submit your refund request within 30 days of your original purchase date

This isn’t a hurdle — it’s because the program only works when you do the work, and we want to make sure we’ve had a fair chance to help before refunding. If you haven’t had time to start the program, just let us know in your refund email and we’ll work with you.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at connect@freedomlifehub.co with the subject line “Refund Request”, and include:

• The name and email address you used to enroll
• Your order or receipt number (from your purchase confirmation email)
• A short note about what didn’t work for you — this helps us improve. We don’t require a detailed explanation.

When You’ll Get Your Refund

Once we receive and verify your request:

• We’ll acknowledge your request within 2 business days
• We’ll process the refund within 7 business days of acknowledgment
• The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (UPI, card, or net banking)
• Depending on your bank or card provider, the credit may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement

You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed from our end.

What Happens to Your Access

When your refund is processed, your access to the course platform, community, and any in-progress live sessions will be removed. You may also be unenrolled from the private community.

What’s Not Eligible for a Refund

In a few situations, we may not be able to issue a refund:

• The request is made more than 30 days after your original purchase date
• There is clear evidence of abuse of the refund policy — for example, repeated enrollments and refunds across multiple accounts, or reselling course materials
• The enrollment was clearly fraudulent (purchased using stolen payment information, etc.)

Bonuses

If your enrollment included free bonuses (the 1-on-1 Onboarding Call, the Mind Deprogramming Audio Library, the Private Community and Weekly Live Q&A access), these are not separately refundable. When we process a full refund of your enrollment fee, it covers the program and all bonuses together.

Cancellation

You can stop using the program at any time — no formal cancellation is required for a one-time payment. Outside the 30-day refund window, enrollment fees are non-refundable. You retain whatever access you originally paid for (for instance, lifetime access to course materials, if that’s part of your plan).

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated date below will always show when it was last revised. Any change applies only to enrollments made after the change is posted — the policy that applied at the time of your purchase is the one that governs your refund.
